I went on Saturday to take my brothers TL to the body shop. I park my TSX out in front of the shop and go into the office to drop his keys and paperwork come back and bam there is an accident next to my TX. I asked the guy if the black chrysler is touch my car he say yes. I and look at the car they my rim, fender headlight bumper and kit. So pissed I just got the oem foglight housing and I just customized them for hid' s and I can' t even put the them on yet THis sucks I don' t even have the car a year yet! I post pics of the damage later on.

sry about the hit. Check this out. I went to a bodyshop to get a quote on my m3 lip spoiler (paint, etc.). At first, they were looking at my car for something wrong, so i had to pull out the spoiler from the trunk and explain it. ok, got the quote. I go to work and am 1/16 away from work and i get rear ended. Why? because there were two cops with their lights on at an intersection doing their thing. The chick behind me decided to watch the cop lights instead of the street light and hit me. She even admitted it. At least the cops were already there. Consequently, I cannot paint my lip spoiler until i get my freakin trunk fixed. bummer.

 

at work the other day i was sitting in my tsx and i saw a wagon across the street in a parking lot back into a new bmw 330ci and i got out to try to get the plate but the woman ran off.

 

He had a chrysler 300 the old ones. The body shop guy told me the reason it broke the bumper like that is due to the cold weather. The piece of the bumper was stuck on the fender of the chrysler.

its funny you say that. my friend had a audi s4 that was parked in a neighborhood, his cousin was driving a SUV around the corner and rear ended the parked s4.

the s4 was totalled, b/c the accident messed up the awd system. can you believe that? it was a used s4, but the damages were close to 25k. ouch.

 

That's just sad when your own family totals your car.

 

Good news the insurance looked at my car they estimated about 1,800 of damage with out purchasing the wheel. I got the invoice for the rim it is 580.00 shipped. So right now it going to cost the insurance co 2,380.00.

They replacing the front bumper the headlight not sure if they are replacing the front lip. I got to ask the body guy and they are going to paint the whole front. Which I am glad due to the rock chips on the hood

 

Well after four weeks of my car accident my car still not complete. I saw the car looks beautiful but they are waiting on the headlight which is the only thing. Holding me from getting it back. I am drving around in my coupe Legend and I miss my 6 speed. Man I am going through withdrawal

 

I feel you man... you need to fill that void.... Its just not the same driving without your TSX...

 

You not kidding. I love my coupe Legend - but I need my 6 speed back.
