Talking Silver 06-07 TSX featured in Allstate Commercial

Just watched and appears to be a new commercial with Silver TSX. Guy getting off work walking to parking garage. Strangely, the Acura emblem is disguised in what appears to be tape and the "acura" is too blurry to read. He's driving through an intersection (shot of the navi too), when he gets T-boned. I will try to get a copy uploaded.

The point of the commercial was bragging about FULL replacement value within 3 model years of a new car if you ever total the car. I googled and found a TSX customer bitching about Allstate hassling him for the cost of repairs and using generic parts!!! Is Allstate learning from their mistakes?

Summary:
Worst insurance company ever. my 2006 Acura TSC was damaged by another Allstate insuree. All State refused to pay market price for my car to be fixed at a regular bodyshop. Then their claim department instructed their so call 'Pro-Shop' to use recycled and reconditioned parts on my new car! Furthermore, their Corporate Customer Relations department thinks using used parts is acceptable industry practice. Unbelievable.

Strengths:
Home Owner policy

Weaknesses:
Horrible Auto insurance coverage when you have an accident. Also they jacked up my premium due to an accident for which I was not at all at fault(rear-ended on the highway by a kid)

Agreed. They went to bat for me against Geico and won. Geico didn't want to take the blame even though their member rear-ended my wife.

That Allstate commercial made think about my TSX accident.

See, here is the thing with insurance companies, after my friend being a claims adjuster and telling me the "things."

1. They exist, they won't exist if they weren't making any money.

2. If the deal sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. (The thing with the Allstate using "used" and "ungenuine" parts.) Allstate is great when you're not in an accident, but when you do get into one, they suck.

3. Lots of people shop around for car insurance, and they care about how cheap of a price they can get. Well, it may be fine when you're not in an accident, but when you do get into an accident, the insurance company will take their foot, shove it up your ass and break it off, and try to screw you.

I have AAA Insurance for my car and my home, and although they are tad expensive than the competitors, they have never screwed me over. On the other hand, my coworker picked the cheapest one he could find, and he got screwed when he got into an accident.

I saw that commercial a few days ago and I think the car that t-boned the silver TSX was also a darker color TSX.

pics

I rarely watch commercials, so i just happened to catch this as I was speeding past it on my DVR. I was going to make a post until I saw that it was old news, but I didn't see any pic, so I took some. They're not very good since I was taking them off a TV with a digicam handhelp w/o a tripod, but they're better than nothing. Enjoy.

I've had great experience with PEMCO and Farmers Insurance.

Worst Experience was with STATE FARM. They were horrific whether you got into an accident or not.

When I saw this commmercial I thought "Hey it's a TSX!"

Then it turned into, "Awwww it was a TSX"

i wonder what they did with the stock rims and fogs haha.

Makes me wonder where they got the TSX for this commercial in the first place.

They most likely wrote a check to a dealer. These cars are not in short supply, in fact the days of unsold inventory have grown every month this year.
