Ok, so I went to pick up the TSX and they didn't tell me anything about service. Is there a break-in period? Do I change my oil after the first 1500 miles? What is going on here?!??!??! I need help.. TIA.

 

Break in period is 600 miles I (RTM). According to Acura, no need to change the oil until the regular interval (10000 miles under "normal" conditions, 7000 if "harsh" conditions, again RTM. Some dealer will tell you to have oil changed earlier, you can find several debates on that one on this site if you search, we don't need to go there again...

 

There is a 600 mile break in period and you do not need to change the oil after only 1,500 miles. Damn dealer should have told you this stuff before you drove home. You should call the sales manager to complain. Its part of the TLC program. When all else fails reference your owners manual re: service section.
