Scratched leather.

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone had issues with their leather being scratched by jackets with zippers on the sides? I've noticed a few little scratches on the side bolster, but I would have thought that the leather was a little bit more durable than this.

Is there anyway to remove a leather scratch?

Its normal for leather / pleather to scuff with metal objects rubbing on it on a daily basis. For that reason I do not allow my wife to enter my car with her star studded jeans. One of the perforated holes is slightly torn because of this.
Some say that just the centre part of the seats are leather and that the sides are vinyl / plastic. I think there all leather coated in plastic.
I scuffed the top surface of the driver side door panel arm rest before replacing it. It certaily looked like leather under neath. Was like a suede once the top part was sanded off. So dont quite understand why some say the seats are not 100% leather.

To repair scuffs I have heard good things about leatherique and their dyes / products. Might want to try this option.
Back in England I used to use Liquid Leather by Gliptone, it was awesome, but rare to get hold here.
