By the sound of it. I would say take it to the dealer. It wont cost you too much.
I had a hole in my bumper cause some a$$ backed into my TL (WDP at that) and his paint and everything rubbed off on it.
Took it to the dealer and they charged me around $450 mainly because of the hole and the deep pitted scratches.
So by the sound of yours it shouldn't cost more than around $200 give or take.

I talked to the Power Acura, here in So Cal, and they said, they dont any of the touch-up jobs...instead they recommend a body shop

What a set of Ass*#(%, they problaby think its not worth there time to fix it.
Even if the dealer does not have a shop of their own they are affiliated with bodyshops who they contract the work out to. I would take it to another dealer then or even so if that out of the question let them reccomend a shop.

Thats BS though insist that they fix it.

Take it to another dealer who has their own body work division, they are more likely to match the paint to perfection. If you are going to give your car to a body shop let the dealer take it to them. The dealer can contract body work out to bodyshops that they know. Its better that way.

When everyone denied the scratch getting fixed by buffing it, this guy at the carwash said he could. It was dearer to me by 40 bucks, but an awesome job, no remains of the scratch no swirl marks nothing...
