Is there a particular brand that's better than another, or are they all the same? Where do you guys recommend I pick up a set of 6000k replacement hid bulbs (H1 for the headlights)?

They have some cheapo $20 ones on eBay, think those are any good?

Philips Ultinon are very good, and the bulb type for OEM HID is D2S. Cost is about $100/bulb, yes $200+ for a pair.

H1 is for your high-beam, H11 for your fogs.

me being using it for MONThsss.. nothing wrong with it so far.

reason i got it from him, (Cheap + he's store is close that i can pick up local)

msmching, do you have any pictures of it in action? So long as its not going to screw up the ballast of anything (not sure if that's possible, I'm not exactly 'HID savvy'). Thanks.

i didnt take pictures of my HID tho... Cuz its not really going to be clear in pictures..
