Removing an OEM Wing Spoiler

Does a dealer-installation of an OEM wing spoiler on a 2005 TSX require any permanent modification of the trunk lid (such as drilling holes) or is it completely reversible?

There's a similar question on the board, but it's about the A-spec.

The OEM spoiler requires drilling holes to the trunk.

Thanks very much for the info. Followup question: is there any way to find out how much a new trunk lid would cost?

Also, would it be possible to replace the wing spoiler with a lip spoiler (which would cover the holes)?

The holes wouldn't be covered up by a lip spoiler

New one should be at least 300$ unpainted. So almost 500$ total.
