Reading, PA service

I just started a new job in Reading, PA. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the dealerships in the area as far as service goes. Sinking Spring is nearby to work, however Lancaster may also be a possibility.

By the way, last week at New Castle Acura in Delaware, I spent 2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for, at 8:15 am. Two hours, for an oil change.

That's pretty far from reading...about 1.5 hours at least.

But they suck there. Stay away from Lehigh Valley Acura. If I ever buy an Acura again, I will drive 1.5 hours anywhere else...but of course I'll spend time at Lehigh Valley Acura and soak up their people's time, I just won't spend money there.

I can share the bad dealer stories from there if you want, but another time.

Like i said, I didn't know how the dealership was, only that the service guy on the phone was very nice and helpful to me.

And 1.5 hours at least? You must not enjoy your TSX at all. It's 35 miles, 45 minutes going the speed limit.

I don't live in PA so I don't have experience there with dealers, but here's a list of PA dealers if you didn't have it already. I see there's one in Reading.

I'm exaggerating, probably closer to 1 hour at the speed limit.

but i only live about 20 min. from lehigh valley acura...but don't ever have to go there since I don't own an Acura.

i mapquested it. 34.5 miles, 45 minutes. mapquest assumes you go the speed limit. when i was a student at lehigh, i made it to harrisburg in 1.5 hours. reading isn't that far down 78. 45 minutes tops. but if the place sucks, it doesn't matter.

just curious, how do you know it sucks if you don't go there?
