All these enhancements make the interior of the Accord Euro a particularly peaceful place to be. After all, you don't want any distractions while you're driving.

I love my TSX, but isn't this false advertising?

 

What? Silence? What's that? I always have the stereo on at about 30...

I'm a muckracker at heart, and I love to find crap in advertising, but I feel like I'm missing something.

Besides the meaningless marketing fluff (peaceful place to be, silence, to the point of obsession) , what's the false part that concerns you?

 

Heck, most economy cars these days are quiet compared to cars 20 years ago. I think people complain too much but thats just me

If you want a QUIET car, get a Lexus LS430 or a newer Acura RL, both are TOO quiet for my taste.

the TSX is quiet. take your car's engine into the higher RPMs and u'll be suprised how quiet the car actually is. i wish it was a little louder

 

According to road tests, the TSX is actually one of the quieter cars in its class/price range. If I remember correctly, the only car that was quieter at 70mph was the G35 (66 dba vs 67 dba).

I prefer the car to be as quiet as possible. Because if you don't like it and want to make it louder, that's very easy to do. But if you want to make it quieter, that's much harder.
