Quick Alarm System question

Is the TSX manufactured alarm system volume control adjustable? I may want to lower the volume a bit since it is so loud when it goes off. The dealership says that they can not adjust the volume. Is that true?

Are you talking about the alarm when it goes off or the confirmation "beep" when it arms? My 04 uses the horn for both and the volume is not controllable.

Just wanted to know if I can. I guess I can't adjust the volume. The car alarm is so freakin loud. I am not going to replace the horn since it cost more money. I'll keep it.
