noob.. so anyway debating on getting an 06 tsx (a llil bkground) had a car accident recently and its being considered as totalled...(getting to the point of spliting one car at the moment b/w 3 other fam members.) The dealer im currently in talks with about an 05 for now says its not poss. to reserve an 06 yet. any recommendations as far as dealers or places to check out in reserving an 06 nationwide? any help/suggestions appreciated.

 

It's most definitely possible to reserve an 06. He's most likely saying this to pressure you into going for an 05 they have on the lot, which seems the case. Don't let this dealer fool you. Visit another dealership and explicitly tell them you want an 06. Either that or go back into the dealership and immediately to a different car salesman.

 

I layed my deposit down, and pick my color combo and ordered my 06 TSX this past weekend. The dealership don't have the prcing information for the car yet, but you should be able to order it and negotiate based on invoice (ie. $1000 over invoice or $2000 over invoice) Maybe you should try another dealer.
