Question Question for ecu tuners

I am not a racer, and I live in a congested area, so I rarely go 90+ mph. I would gladly give up 30 mph of top speed for better 0 - 60 times. Is this achieveable through computer tuning, or is it only possible to move power accross rpm ranges? What kind of gains can we expect from Mugen's ecu chip (they will eventually make one for the usdm tsx)? Thanks

isnt that more of a gearing thing on the transmission than a chip thing?

yeah that's all about gearing. what a good ecu can do for is adjust air/fuel mixtures to give you more power, change the rev limit and/ or change the cam angle on the i-vtec system. Again for more power. None of tha tis going to change the physical gearing of the car.
