I heard there was a recall made by the company for the tsx's headlights. My car is a second hand (i'm the second owner) and the guy that had it before never went for Acura's recall..

So I was wondering if I would go to any Acura dealer would they accept, even if i'm not the one that bought the car and if i'm not under any warranty, to change my headlights ?

 

yes they will.
recalls have no boundries.
go to the dealer, they will put the clips on your lights.

 

is this only for 04/05 models? and what is wrong w/ the headlights?

 

The problem is that the headlights are not isolated properly. A small amount of water accumulates inside but i'm not sure if it's only for the 04/05.

I had the recall done even though my car has no more warranty left because the pervious owner didn't do it. And yes I think it was only with the 04/05's, you can always call up the dealer with your VIN # and they'll let you know if you need to do the recall or not.
