Props to Curry Acura

I bring my car in for some minor issues yesterday. The was a rip in the leather on the drivers side armrest, scratch in the rearview mirror, I wanted the "Curry" sticker taken off the back, and of course, rattles. They were excellent. The leather was very nicely fixed, the scratch was gone, the sticker was off, and they even gone rid of the rattle!!! They said they found a loose wire that moving around and making noise, and they were right because no more rattles. They kept updating me on there status and finished in only a few hours. I'm so happy now. They gave a RSX as a loaner for the day, nice car, pretty peppy even though it was not a type S and was an auto. Lots of fun to drive, but i'm happy to be back in my TSX. Hurray for Curry

Yep

I recently bought a trunk tray from them over the phone. They offered a great price and shipped it to me quick. Thanks Curry Acura!

They said the drivers side airbag connector inside the steering wheel was loose, they secured it and there are no other rattles...at least for now

It's hard to find a good Acura dealer in the tri-state area. I am very excited to hear that!

Curry Acura - a total turn off

When I was in the market for my TSX a guy from Curry Acura called me up and in a typical low-blow salesman like way says, "I see you bought the car for $xxx from Dealer A, I can do better".

So I asked him how he could do better. I told him the accessories I was getting. He jerked me a long to the point where I told him to forget about it.

Because of this I wouldn't want to walk in the door of that place (not even for service).

They are great. I get parts from them sometimes. Excellent prices. They also sell Acura accessories on Ebay.

because of one single not-so-nice salesperson you discount the whole place ?
I hope you don't blow your top if you have an after-sales/service issue (those we hear so much on car forums) with the dealer you bought the car from.

sales is only the tiny tip of an ongoing relationship between owner & dealerships.
