Product survey
Just got a fat envelope in the mail today from Acura...it was a product quality survey. Acura wants to know how I feel about the car. Has anyone else gotten such a survey? Did you guys write about the rattles?
After I bought the car, the dealer kept saying that Acura will send some survey out to a random 50% (or something) of the customers, and that if I get it, I should fill it out and send it to the dealer instead of directly to Acura, and they would get it through...!! They were practically begging me to do this, offering oil changes, etc.. jeez...

The survey is direct from American Honda Co in Pasadena, CA. That is also what is printed on the return envelope. There's no way I'm giving this to the dealer...
It's not vague at all...it asks about everything from engine performance to speaker rattle. It even has space to explain in detail the problems we are having. The survey is 4 pages long. The only thing not included in this survey is dealer experience.
