Just got a fat envelope in the mail today from Acura...it was a product quality survey. Acura wants to know how I feel about the car. Has anyone else gotten such a survey? Did you guys write about the rattles?

I also got a thick envelope with a survey but I'm not sure Acura had anything to do with it. Some of the survey questions were awfully invasive. I didn't return it.

Sunny........no matter who the survey is from you better bring up the rattle issue. Somehow this problem has got to get back to Acura.

After I bought the car, the dealer kept saying that Acura will send some survey out to a random 50% (or something) of the customers, and that if I get it, I should fill it out and send it to the dealer instead of directly to Acura, and they would get it through...!! They were practically begging me to do this, offering oil changes, etc.. jeez...

I didn't get the survey though.

Yeah that is what i was wondering...i could perhaps compile a list of VINs of those with rattles to send along with the survey to Acura. What do you guys think?

The survey is direct from American Honda Co in Pasadena, CA. That is also what is printed on the return envelope. There's no way I'm giving this to the dealer...

It's not vague at all...it asks about everything from engine performance to speaker rattle. It even has space to explain in detail the problems we are having. The survey is 4 pages long. The only thing not included in this survey is dealer experience.

I got that survey, and I nailed the TSX pretty hard on the rattle problem. I think the free oil change I got in the mail a couple of weeks later was a result of doing the survey......
