I figure this will be the best way to get a hold of FLBusa, our vendor. I've been emailing you 1 time, posting 4 replies and 2 PMs but none of them were replied. Here is my question, I got your email regarding that my TL key was shipped out 1/4/07 via USPS. And after 3 weeks of waiting, I still haven't got my key yet. So I tried get a hold of you and see what is going on. May be you could get me a receipt number so I could go to the post office and somehow track it or bring it to their attention that my package is missing. Because I believe that 3 weeks of processing time is way more than it should normally take from Florida to Missouri.

I am not trying to say that you didn't ship it out and I believe that you are trying your best to make these keys out as sooon as you can. But I just need some kind of feedback from your side so I or We could work something out to resolve this problem.
