Try driving the car on a smooth paved road to make sure it's not the road. Certain road surface makes very loud noises. if the problem persists, just take it back to the dealer for an inspection.

Exclamation I was screaming!

I am so mad. . . my car sounds like a 82 Bug! I tried on every road surface and it's a very bad humming noise. Could it be the bearings? I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow but I am afraid they are going to pretend there is nothing wrong with the car.

when your driving down the road at a moderate speed, turn the wheel slightly(as if you were going to make a lane change) in both directions and see if the noise gets louder either direction. Sounds like it is a wheel bearing from what you describe but the test will confirm it and narrow it down to which side. Of course don't try this on a busy road/street! The other way to test wheel bearings if they are VERY bad is if you jack up the vehicle(note, you can not test for this if you jack up by the suspension on this vehicle- so use the pick up points located on the pinch seam) when the vehicle is jacked up and supported so it doesn't crush you, grab the top and bottom of the tire(12 o'clock and 6 o'clock) and try to wiggle it back and fourth if you get ANY play the bearing is bad. It should be tight and have no play, I would suspect it may be a rear bearing because they tend to go bad more often then the fronts(on hondas), but anything is possible of course. If it is a rear bearing the swerving test will not make it as appearant.

Good luck!

The noise is worse in the back

well I think it might be the back because the noise is a lot worse from the back than it is from the front. A bearing can go bad in 6 months!!! this is my 4th time in the dealer for problems . . . I dunno about my TSX anymore . . . should I have gotten the g35 Coupe???? I think if this issue does not get resolved there is going to be a FOR SALE sign on my car very soon.

my guess would be that it could be the tires. the michelin pilots are one of the crappiest tires around and once i replaced them on my accord to toyos the road noise have been really reduced and i have been enjoying my rides. just another possibility.

How many miles on the car. Some tires do start to howl even with moderate mileage. Also check your tire pressure.

Start by checking the tire pressure. If your tires aren't properly inflated, they may be the cause of the excessive noise. If that's not the case, try the check for the wheel bearings someone mentioned earlier.

Tried closing the window? There might be an open one somewhere.

Also check that the rubber seals are clean. Dirty/dusty seals allow noise from outside into the car.
