The avatar has to be no bigger than 96px wide x 196px tall and if you're using an animated file, it can't be bigger than 300kb. You can still use the Easy Thumbnail program that I suggested.

I suspect AZ is suffering from anterograde amnesia resulting from his car accident and he's just forgotten who had it first. At least he made his own copy and isn't stealing my bandwidth too.
