Well.. last night... I am sleeping just fine until I start having a dream about getting a rattle in my new car... how disturbing... funny thing is.. in my dream the part that was rattling was the e-brake... and in my dream there was a loose metal piece in the car on the e-brake which I was able to fix.. but still... it scared me in my dreams... hahahahahahah

I think you've probably taken all of the issues and made an assessment that is not reality.
My TSX has rattles and I consider myself very particular about the "sturdiness" of cars. The rattles aren't as bad as most people have made them out to be. Sure, they exist and sure they are an annoyance, but none of them are so disturbing that it takes away from the total enjoyment of the car.
Most of my rattles occur because of how tight the windows seal thereby creating a pressure on the door that is very responsive to bass hits. Part of it is design of a wonderful sealing window and part of it is design of a fault to torque the door that much.
I'll take the rattles if it means having a less "tightly" designed car in trade.
