Out of town and got a Check VSA and Check Emissions
Just drove 700 miles to my in laws and my 2006 TSX ran great, but after it sat overnight we got the Check VSA System and Check Emissions System warning lights. The dealers were all too busy to look at it this week and my wife has to drive it home on Friday. I took it to a small shop and they checked the codes on the car and printed them out.
57-03(P0341)
61-01
83-01
86-01
112-01
They told me that one of the codes was the brake switch sensor. The other problem they said I had was my timing chain has stretched. The problem is with the holiday is they can't fix it this week. The car still runs fine.
I replaced the brake switch sensor tonight but that didn't seem to change anything. The VSA light is still on. The emmissions light was off after they ran their diagnostics.
The timing chain repair is pretty pricy and I'm curious if anyone has had my problem before.

So many codes after an overnight sit suggests possible battery/alternator issues. Make sure battery is good and connections are clean/tight.
Codes may be obd1 codes w/ one obd2 code (P0341). Strange that codes would be presented by a shop in this fashion. I found codes 61 (AF sensor performance issue) and 86 (ECT sensor performance issue), but did not find codes 83 or 112 in Fuel/Emissions.
Codes from VSA system make sense, as there are codes 61, 83, 86, and 112.
61 - Low B+/FSR voltage
83 - ECM/PCM
86 - F/Can Comms
112- Internal power source stuck off.
Again, low battery voltage may be source of problem and should be addressed before attempting further diagnostics.
Note there is a SRS code 61-1 also so possible, unless SRS light is Off.
Suggest checking battery and connections carefully and resetting PCM to see if and what codes return.
Code P0341 is problematic (search forum for other cases) as this indicates a slack timing chain and detected phase difference between camshaft and crankshaft sensors. New timing chain, chain guides and tensioner are indicated if code is confirmed,... an expensive repair.
Hopefully a faulty battery or connections!
good luck
