Only need to send ECU & key

So i only need to send my ECU and a key to Hondata? Please correct me if i'm wrong. I am in the process of buying an 04 ECU( i got an 05) sending it off to get it reflash without being carless for a couple of days. I wonder if i can have the dealer program my keys to work with both ECU.

you need to send the immobilizer in your steering colum too
