guys I screwed up with my last oil change.....my first oil change i used synthetic, than after reading on here that is wasnt even a true synthetic and its all the same stuff i went back for my second oil change and told them to use regular oil...well now i'm regretting getting regular oil because the synthetic did a really goood job, i went a long time without changing my oil and it was still at the right level and appreared very clean...my question is can i bo back to the synthetic or is that too many changes???....if i confused anyone here is the breakdown.....oilchanges, 1st- synthetic, 2nd regular oil, 3rd....dont know what to do?

 

I would change back if I thought it did a better job. I wouldn't worry the switch-o-roo.

 

It is like using premium gas. Then someone puts regular in your tank. If you go back to premium it won't hurt. But if you stick with the regular it will make matters worse over time.

if 1st change wasn't real synthetic then you haven't gone back and forth between types of oils... so what gives?
