i was on an acura accessories site and saw that the OEM splashguards (which came with my car) will NOT work in conjunction with the underbody spoiler? Is this true? If so, it doesnt leave marks where they were installed right?

New to TSX's guys..sorry for the semi-newb question.

 

guards won't fit right if you have the bodykit.
but you don't want them.. guards = teh sux.. imo they belong on trucks/suv's, not a sports/luxury car.

 

Actually... if you plan on getting an OEM kit after you get the new car, be sure to take the mudguards off right away. They WILL leave a mark wherever they are installed.

 

my point is...they are already ON the car. I have an '05. What will happen once i get the kit? Hopefully acura will have a solution.

 

If you have an 05 with the mudguards on there and they install the kit for you, they will just take the mudguards off. The mud guards literally wont fit even if you force them on with the OEM kit on there. So when they take them off there will be marks on there. I was fortunate that my marks weren't all that bad. But some have not been so lucky.
