OEM accord metal trim on TSX?

I was looking for some metal trim and I don't like the aftermarket ones its too thick or to thin. So about Honda Accord OEM center(console) trim, would it fit on my'04 6spd?

Accord auto.

Accord 5spd.

I couldn't find pic of the metal trim on center pock/door.

It sure as shit doesn't look like it'll fit. Otherwise, don't you think the Accord would look identical to the TSX inside?
