odometer class action

My appologies if this has already been posted, but I did a search and came up blank, surprisingly.

http://www.hondaodometerclassaction.com

I haven't received the notice for my 2004 TSX, but, it starts out with:
"IF YOU PURCHASED OR LEASED A HONDA OR ACURA MODEL YEAR 2002
THROUGH 2006 AUTOMOBILE OR A MODEL YEAR 2007 HONDA FIT AT ANY
TIME BETWEEN APRIL 13, 2002 AND NOVEMBER 7, 2006,"

Has anybody received this notice for a TSX? It sounds like it applies to all Honda/Acura's. It sounds like it should extend our warrantys slightly.

I think Canada is included by default since it sells exactly the same car.

The FAQ on the site says it will extend the mileage ceiling on your warranty by 5%.

Buddy of mine got notice on his Accord V6 6MT. I've gotten nothing either. In any case, I'm still out of the warranty period at 66k miles.

I can certainly vouch for the fact that the TSX is most likely overstated as well.

I have a GPS unit in my car that calculates all sorts of things and I notice that the GPS is about 2-3MPH slower than what my speedometer is clocking at highway speeds.

Recently at my school, they set up a radar speed test thing on the side of the road to show drivers how fast they're going...well low and behold...the GPS and the radar both reported the same speed approx. 25MPH. My speedometer on the TSX however, was just a click and a half over the 25MPH sign.

Perhaps tire pressure or tread wear may be to blame, but i'm running > 35psi with about 50% tread.

However, I may have a quick and dirty resolution to this. Seeing how I'm kind of getting annoyed by the stiffness of the car..(whether its the tires), I might just upgrade to 225/50/17. This should increases the size of the tire by about 2-3% and should cancel out the odometer discrepancy.
