Nose Mask causes paint problems

I thought I'd pass on my experience with the bra purchased from the dealer. I'd recommend a bra for trips to save the paint (CGP in my case), although it looks like people are generally happier with the clear ones. The leather/vinyl one I have worked well for a year across multiple trips. Then, I took a one day trip in 95 degree heat and bad storms. I left it on all day (travelling), then removed it and washed the car. Several days later, the entire front part of the hood had clouded paint, almost light blue areas the size of baseballs. It was a sickening sight. I looked at several internet posts on the problem and tried a hair dryer and sitting the car in intense sunlight. I thought for sure I was in for a paint job. The dryer did nothing but the sunlight returned it to normal in a week. It was so bad, I never would have believed it would fix itself. Bottom line, when they say don't leave it on wet, don't even do it for a day (unreasonable I think). Also, if it happens to you, give the sunlight a chance.
