I'm not sure if there is a dealer praising forum..but I would urge all potential NJ Acura buyers to try DCH Montclair Acura in Verona, NJ. They have superior customer service and are very competitive, and they actually follow-up with customers.. Unlike Open Road Acura of Wayne... I will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!! I am expecting my auto loan check to arrive from my credit union tomorrow afternoon, and I should be taking delivery of my CG/Ebony Navi TSX tomorrow night. I can't wait. My buying experience with Open Road acura has been hell. Montclair Acura came in and eased my pain. Call them or e-mail them and ask for Craig, he is the coolest guy you could ever meet. Tell them Carlos sent you. Take care folks.. I'm so so so happy!!!!!

Thank you. I got an 05 Carbon Gray/Ebony interior with navigation for $27,800.00. I checked it out last Friday, and it is gorgeous! I was actually feeling nervous as I sat in the car. This is a huge upgrade for me. I'm coming from a 1993 red nissan sentra 1.6L with 160,000 miles.

I bought mine at Open Road Acura of Wayne and didn't have a problem with the dealer. I did all of my research before I went so it made the process go very smoothly.

I just got my '05 SSM/Ebony, 6MT from Bridgewater Acura. I got the best quote from them without any hassles. I shopped Montclair and Ryan's Open Road. Funny thing is they will all try and beat each other but it came down to who had a car in the color I wanted and had a 6MT.

I purchased my '04 SSM/5AT/NAVI last July. They didn't have much in stock back then. I took the one in the showroom.
I don't know anything about a pro package. I did end up getting the all weather floor mats recently online.

I bought mine from springfield and i must say thier service dept is AWESOMEE!!!
But in the buying process i would have went with Montclair its the closest one to me as well.
But a friend knew someone that worked at Springfield and would get me a good price on an RSX type S. But when i went to the dealer i fell in love with someones just cancelled TSX the rest is history lol.

I just got a quote from Montclair Acura from their Internet Sales Dept, and the quote they gave me for an 05 AT/Non-Nav was 26,495 plus tax and registration. It doesn't seem like that great of a price. Has anyone in NJ gotten a better price?

Internet quotes is just the first offering price. Never accept the first price they give you. If you're willing to put the work in, then you can get dealerships to fight for your business. It all depends on if you're willing to fight for every dollar. I had three dealerships fighting for my business. The first quote was $28,000, then $27,793, then $27,525. Oh, this was for a Auto w/ Nav.
This is in Massachusetts though, but this method has no location restrictions.

I bought my 2004 TSX from Park Ave Acura in Maywood on Rt 17 and haven't had any problems with the dealer, but I was wondering what kinda service I should get if anything after I bought the car. Is there a free scheduled maintenance or anything like that?
