Ok, you are entitled to your opinion on whether you like it or not, but how is this comparable to the 09 at all? It is totally different.

Seriously, serial bashing is probably one of the most annoying things about the internet, aside from the spread of incorrect information.

just tell them to keep making JDM parts for the JDM accord and they will have better sales that way from the US.

i think he might've meant comparable as far as the ugly factor goes. not the shape/design.

how open are companies like J's to consumer feedback like this? is there actually a chance they'll redesign or augment it b/c the look doesn't sit too well with TSX modders?

well, they either change it or they don't sell very many at all.
pretty simple business dynamics.

but maybe it doesn't matter to them.
maybe they made it that way for a reason, and it's staying.
we can either agree or not buy it.

if they made the grille part with the emblem detachable, or listed
it as an accessory, I bet they would have a much warmer welcome.
and then everyone would be happy, both sides.

much better, but it's still too "outer space" for me. although, an intercooler would look really nice behind that bumper

Kudos to J's Racing for really listening to the masses on this one. What a huge improvement with the new grill. Although bodykits just are my style I'm willing to bet the quality on this one will be top notch.

The bumper is the same. We have been informed the grille and bumper are actually sold separately.

all they did was remove the grill and canards.

I say put the canards back on so it'll flow better with the lip.

Now that looks clean but I have to agree that the lip is too big.

I want to see some profile shots just out of curiosity. Definitely not my bag though. Maybe if it was a little less pointy and didn't have that lip at the bottom.

The problem is that the curve and shape isn't echoed anywhere else in the exterior design. It looks like they pulled the parts off another car. I think they chose that shape in order to play off the shape of the forward interior but for me that's the single most hideous aspect of the car's design inside or out.

I'm not feeling this bumper at all. Personally i'd rather go with the Mugen and Spoon.

Looks better without the grille but that lower lip is still way too large. Definitely an improvement over the original design however.

I guess you could say the front lip will give a great amount of down force.
