Question Navagation Screen Protector - What are you using

So I saw a couple threads on this already but I wanted to see what most people are using for navi screen protectors.

I was going to get a JAVOedge anti-glare - But what is everyone else using??

I'm scared the anti-glare is going to be so mat finish it will be hard to see thru. I drive with my headlights on all the time and sometimes the nav screen already seems dark during the day (yes its turned all the way up to bright)...

thoughts and opinions???

I have an 05 and never used nav screen protector.

It's simply not needed. Even if you have long nails, it's near impossible to scratch the screen unless u try really hard.

After 3 years of no protection, my nav screen still look new when i just wipe it off.

My co-worker would use his nails to tap on my navi screen really hard. That's why I got a protector.

I have both javoedge protectors, and did a review on each on the other site. The anti-glare is just as easy to see through as the clear one. The biggest difference is the way it feels...ultra clear feels soft like the stock navi screen, and the anti-glare feels thick and somewhat plastic, which you would expect from a multi-layer protector. After a day, you'll get used to the different feel.

Are you using any cleaner with it, or just wiping it with a damp cloth? I've never had any problems getting my '05 to look "new" again. No scratches or smears whatsoever. I use Meguiar's Interior Quick Detail spray --- that stuff is literally amazing. No glossy residue... I actually use it on my LCDs and big screen in my home too.
