My rough looking 04 PWP TSX --Post your imperfections

Some background:
These were caused by the fender bender the car was in with it's previous owner at about 10-15 MPH. The car was repaired, but fitment remains a issue. Bought in 2008 for around $14,750. They wanted sticker price at $16,500, but we got it down to about $14,750. Still over paid for what happened to it and the amount of mileage it had. Before we got the price down, he tried to get us in a CGP '06 Navi with under 60K on it that he went and picked up a good distance away that was listed at $18,700 but was going to sell it to us for the same $16,500 sticker as was on the '04, but mom didn't like the color or black interior and lack of the rear spoiler. But man, that '06 CGP Navi could have been a steal!! Car now has just under 119,000 miles and runs perfectly.

I'll upload more later. Internet is so slow right now.
Excuse the dirty car. It will be taken care of shortly. lol.

Honestly, it will never be and probably never was perfect, not from factory, not from the shop, not ever, and you can't really tell unless you get up close to it and actually look. When the car is washed and waxed up, it makes a world of difference too.

Also, those headlights WERE CLEAR when we bought the car! That pretty, bright, white/ blue tinted HID beam quickly got shorter and a bit greenish around the edges as the housings oxidized a year after buying the damn thing.

This picture was taken 3 years ago when I first realized how bad it was getting. We enjoyed that 1 year of pretty lighting, coming from a '98 Accord LX with stock halogens and one oxidized headlight. haha

Also, is anyone else's hood a different color then their fenders? In certain lighting conditions, the hood is a brighter white then the rest of the car, same thing was going on with our Accord. I'm guessing it's a common Honda thing?

Just thought I would share. Post your TSX imperfections! We all have 'em.

Walnuts...

Falling from trees and using my car as a pillow Not much to post but just very small and minor dents on the roof of the car. I wonder if a mini-plunger would work to get them out. You only see them in the right light though.

Maybe... I know that metal does have a memory so, I'll be trying to get every dent out. lol I'm thinking about using the can of compressed air upside down trick after using a hair dryer or two to heat up the dent. I've see it down on youtube so I gotta try it on my rear right side passenger door. I got two of them there and on on the right side right behind the rear passenger door in between the wheel. They might be too small, but it's worth a shot.

I'll upload those later.

Oh interesting. Please do.
Some jerk winged my door not too long ago so in adition to the walnut dents I have an actual nickel size ding on my driver door. I wonder if that trick would work there too, or at least enough to smooth it out to apply a filler to paint over.

Speaking of Major, look how well this TSX turned out after what happened.
It went rough worse then mine and came out with a better fit and finish.

It's my dream TSX too, and it isn't too far away from me either. :P

Our cars are built so well interms of how they crush, they're like Legos. So fixable. Just change a few parts and re-align a bit. lol
