just like the tittle says, how exactly do you install the mugen (replica) wing (not the air spoiler). Do you screw em to the oem holes or do u silicone it?? i've been finding mix answers and havent seen any DIY on this

Any spoiler, that's not a "lip" style, would have to be screwed on, especially one the size of the Mugen wing spoiler. I believe the Mugen air spoiler also screws on.
