is it true that the 08 tsx has the mp3 cd players? because i heard sometimes they dont work, im in the process of buying a royal blue tsx, and i was wondering if they had them

 

It was an option on all model years. The previous owner of yours may have installed it.

 

The changer in the 08 is not an MP3 cd player. Well, the changer in my 08 isn't anyway. Its a dealer installed accessory that replaces the cubby between the Not an Ashtray and the climate controls. Congrats on the purchase!
