If you like the JDM look, get Nokya yellow bulbs from ebay. They're really bright, good quality bulbs, and they're only about 20 bucks or so.

iPod/AUX adapters can be had for around the $100 mark

I wouldn't support typical $100 or less tint though for windows as I don't see it lasting well. I imagine tint for taillights only is fine for under $100.

It may or may not be a standard feature at the later year models.

I saw a Progress Sway bar used on ebay a little over a month ago for 95 + Free shipping. You could repaint your rims also. I repainted mine to the TL-S gunmetal and I like how it turned out. You could also probably find a sub for under 100. A 10 inch would probably be more than enough for our trunk space.

Replace high beams or fog light bulbs with whiter PIAAs - xtreme force, xtreme white etc. Good bang for the buck as they definitely increase visibility and very good quality and lasts.

Aux for ipod is standard for 2007 and up, iirc.

My 2006 TL doesn't have an aux in.

there's a $100 limit, but nobody said anything about a modding time limit... so maybe do DRLs if you wanna work on the installation. They look good on the TSX. Then you'll have a better chance to run your Nokya/Hoen bulbs too

Also, KPTech sunroof or window-up modules are something like $30 to $50 each IIRC. I got the one-touch sunroof... excellent, love it

I like the all weather floor mats. They are easy to clean, keeps dirt/water/mud from jacking up your carpet, and keeps your car smelling neutral (no strange smells like some cars have). After 5 years, my mats still look new and complement my racing pedals (quartz interior with black OEM mats).

K&N filter and/or resonator removal.

Aftermarket brake pads for more braking power ($60 for rear, or $90 for front).

Short shifter kit or shifter bushings (for 6MT).

Throttle body bypass mod ($5-$10).

Oil catch can mod (maybe?).

Not really an idea, more of a criticism.
Don't tint the tail lights.

It reduces visibility for other drivers and gives cops a reason to pull you over.
And personally, I think it's not a very tasteful looking mod.

well you can get hid fogs, 3000k from DDMtuning, and replace your fog lense which is glass to Lexan(polycarbonate)

should be no more than $60 but labor intensive lol
