MID take two clicks to come on

is this normal ? the first click does nothing, the 2nd click brings up the MPG screen.

i've noticed this too. it seems like it takes the first click to realize that you're doing anything. it seems abnormal to me, but isn't a big deal (since i know i've got to click it twice)

You guys are hitting the top "i" button, right? It only takes one click in my car.

Mine is only one click too. I think you need to personalize which screen to come on as default. Then it should display that screen when you hit the "I" button once.

I have to double-click mine. It isn't a big deal really. I keep mine off when I'm driving because I find it distracting. My only gripe about the MID is when the low fuel light comes on, it displays the gigantic gas-pump icon and low fuel message while driving. To clear it, I have to punch through the (i) button several times. After a few minutes it pops up again--as if they expect the driver to forget they were low on fuel or that the driver doesn't notice the little (i) warning light AND low fuel light on.

It's 1 click for me. It's only 2-clicks when I'm low on fuel (I find the icon annoying, and having two orange dots lit on the dash for one problem sucks also)
