MD/DC/VA BBQ & CRUISE Meet #2
Alright fellas, at our last Install Meet, I discussed about having another meet in the near future. A lot of people at our before meet got lost, because of the location on the Google Maps. Word to the wise, when a specific address isn't listed on Google Maps, and you put in your address to find that place, don't expect it to give you directions directly to that specific location. That was one of our mistakes last meet. A couple of us got lost, and a few were just confused. Luckily, I was the only dumbass to go out there at 10 in the morning and spent about an hour trying to find a bathroom in the area.
Anyhoo, we last talked about doing a Barbeque Meet & Greet and then following a nice Cruise around the area (No Gravel Sections Mike
)
Don't worry gentlemen/ladies. This time, we will have a specific "ADDRESS" everyone can either put in their navigation or googlemaps/mapquest or whichever.
Whoever has any good ideas for locations, please don't hesitate to speak up. We had a blast at our last install meet, well for me it was a blast, and the horrible sunburn I got. I was thinking maybe we should meet at a specific park and have our little barbeque and then hit the roads for a nice cruise.
The timeframe for this meet would be anywhere from now to the 2nd to last week in August, considering that's the time most of us will be heading back to school. Let's get this one in early guys, I want to have a couple more small meets before summer ends.

Black Hills Park is actually one of my favorite parks. This could be a good place to start our BBQ.
I need more people to gauge interest in this meet before I actually start planning more.

There's a park near my house (in Millersville, Kinder Farm Park) that I was at for the first time today, that is pretty big and has barbecues, covered areas, frisbee golf etc that we could go to. As far as driving roads go, I know of one nearby long twisty road that usually doesn't have much traffic and we can go eat or something in annapolis afterwards
otherwise, the places in germantown would be fine for me
