For those of you who do not remember I traded my '04 TSX 6MT for an '06 RL last Sept. My wife's '04 RSX-S lease is coming to an end and we may be getting into a '08 Milano Red 6MT TSX when it is delivered in July. Was looking at a G35 Coupe 6MT but the dealers are not haggling much at all on them. I have a good repoire with my Acure dealer (bought 5 cars from them) so we will see what can be done.

I'm interested in the 08's as well, but my dealer claims they won't be out until September at the earliest, possibly later. Do you have information to the contrary?

 

'08 will be the last year for the current gen TSX. Your wife will be really happy to upgrade from the RSX to the TSX. Nice choice on the color, I've got an '06 Milano Red/ebony navi/6mt. TSX gets better gas mileage than the G35. Besides, the G35 is possibly too much car anyway; rear wheel drive, 300hp, etc.. and despite what Nissan tries, their interiors still lag Acura. The whole premise of the G35 is to be a BMW 3-series alternative, a losing proposition IMO.

 

The delivery of this car is expected to be July 10 according to my salesman. It was ordered 3 weeks ago.

 

great choice in color. I own a 06 milano red/ebony 6spd/w nav since 11.17.06. It has just over 16,000 miles. I do not lease as I put way too many miles on my cars. A good friend is a Acura service manager so I get excellant service-alot of it is free with added goodies

Eh the G35 coupes are sexy but my dad has had two of them and the tires were a money dump. He didnt drive it hard at all to where the tires would wear out like they did but on both of his coupes he had to replace them multiple times and on his latest coupe they said he was going to have to replace all tires and it was going to cost quite a bit. He ditched the coupe and now has an 07 G35s and let me tell you, I dont miss the coupe at all....
