"Make slight right turn"

What is the difference between right turn and slight right turn on the navi?

Slight right turn usually means it's onto a street that isn't completely perpendicular.

Right turn is a 90 degree turn, while Slight Right turn is like a bare right kinda deal where there's a fork in the road.
