Maintenance Tune-Ups

I don't see it from the manual, but
any one have an idea when the maintenance tune is recommended?

I moved to Houston from New York this summer, and it's definitely not as cold,
but my car is noisier, and seems less power than the last winter.
I warm the engine up all the times, when I start in the morning.

It is the 04 with 70K miles.
Any Suggestions?

I thought it was around 105k or 110k? I thought it was in the manual.

I wonder what everyone think these "tune ups" involve.

It involves a lot of my money and time; and I can't even SEE what they're doing. Perhaps I should of been an Acura Mechanic.

You can do it yourself.
Replace plugs at 60,000miles, throttle body cleaner on a rag, replace fuel filter under the rear seats and all the usual checkes, engine oil, MTF/ATF, clutch/brake fluid and coolant.
