A transmission fluid change would be good.
The timing chain doesn't need to be replaced till 120-140K.

As far as the other things, I'm not sure. Like I just mentioned in another thread, if you just follow the maintenance minder, and check the service booklet for whatever letter/number combo comes up (A1, B2...etc), it will tell you much of what needs/should be done.

Auto or manual?

With manual it's a good idea to change transmission fluid every 30-45k.

follow the maintenance minder. I do mostly highway driving so I was advised by my good friend, a acura service manager, that I should have my MT fluid changed every 3 years. My 06, bought new 11/17/06, has 65,000+problem free miles.

If you wait until the oil life gets to 15% it will show a code of what service needs to be done. You can find what the codes mean in the owner's manual.

The Maintenance Minder is good if and only if you have been following it. If you have not, then 60k is a good time to replace the engine and cabin air filters, flush the brake fluid (if it has been more than three years), as well as service the transmission.

The timing chain does not need to be replaced as normal maintenance. The serpentine belt, spark plugs and valve adjustment are due when the "4" code appears, or around 110k.
