Loud thump from the rear?

Everytime I go over a bump or uneven pavement, I haead a loud thump coming from the rear of my tsx. I have a comptech rear sway and stock suspension. I heard about the rear sway endlink problems people have had, but I've checked mine and nothing is broken. Its getting very annoying, has anyone else figured a fix for this?

Have you checked that all the bolts are tight?

So the noise started after the swaybar install? You can disconnect the endlinks to verify if it's swaybar related. If the noise persists with the endlinks disconnected, then you need to look elsewhere for the problem, perhaps the rear upper shock mounts.

funny, i have exact same noise on mine. But i definately wouldn't describe it as "loud" . you can hear it, but not loudly. I only hear mainly from right rear when going over a speed bump at an angle. if i hit it straight on, i won't really hear the noise

Thanks for all the ideas, I'm gunna try unbolting the sway bar......but as someone mentioned before I think it could be the muffler hitting something. I had my car running and while listening, I heard the same noise(but very lightly) while the car was idling. I'm gunna find a fix, cause its annoying me.

Thumps

Lube it.

My comtech sounded like something was loose, like a bolt, and/or the entire rear end was gonna fall off.
