Looking to get a TSX.

Hello. I'm looking to purchase a 2005 auto tsx w/ navi in the mere future. The car looks great and even though I would rather go manual, I travel 2 hours in traffic everyday and i'm sure you know how that is. I'm here b/c i wanted to ask a few questions. First off, are there any common problems with the tsx that many people are experiencing? I"m looking to put around 5k down and finance the rest. What prices did you guys work out with your dealers? I'm pretty new to car buying and I really dont want to get ripped off. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The only problems I have experienced with my TSX are:

1. The more I drive it, 'cuz I like driving it, the more mileage that appears on the odometer. Haven't figured out how to stop that one.

2. My wife, who used to hate driving, now sometimes races me to the driver's seat, and she doesn't race fair. Haven't figured out how to stop that one either.

3. It also seems to rain too freekin' much and our city doesn't do enough to keep the streets clean, which infects my car with dirt.

Other than that, it's been very mechanically sound and incredibly fun to drive.

Good choice on the TSX. With respect to the common problems, check out the common problems and fixes area.

I cross shopped the tsx with the c-class, 3-series, STI, A4, 350Z, and G35

Haven't regreted my decision for 1 second

Just bought my SSM TSX AT w/Navi a few weeks ago and the only problem I have is wanting to get out of it. Most of the things I do I can do in it, but it's hard to see the TV in the living room from the garage. Maybe I should just move the TV in to the garage.....hmmmm?

I wonder if the cable line is long enough?
