Ok so i have this issue with my driver side light bulb. When i start the car and turn on my headlights only my passenger side works. But if the car is on and i leave the headlight on while i turn off my car (while the lights are still on) and gives it a 1 minute for my headlight will automatically shut off, then when i start my car on with my headlights already on, both light are working properly.
But as soon as i switch the light on and off only my passenger works again only.

I assume you mean low beam lights. See attached diagram. Problem suggests an intermittent bulb, wire, or HD unit. Note that power supply for both L & R is shared from control block.
