License plate name! (Poll)
My front license plate cracked in the accident, since I'd have to pay for a new plate anyway, I figured I might as well get a custom one for a extra 20$ and 30$ annual.
Here's what I narrowed them down to:
TE ES EX
OMG TSX (Would be nice to shoot with Klepto/Z3ro [OMG CL, OMG TL]
)
OSHI TSX (If allowed)
SO TSEXY

i would also vote for 'no vanity' plate b/c it just makes it easier for people or cops to hunt down your car.
although if you did any of these, it would be lol-worthy--

I've had vanity plates ... it makes it easy to remember your plate, but for the most part, I think it's a tawdry touch. Unless it's really, really, really clever. And the TSX is such an understated, elegant vehicle (IMHO) that I think a crass license plate (e.g. "Hey, lookit me and my plate!") does your other touches on the car (wheels, lights, whatever) a disservice.
Now, SO TSXY is clever, you don't have to spell out "sexy" for someone with 1/2 a brain to get the joke. I made that quip when I got mine, answering What'd you get? with "Acura tSex." How about TSXUALTY? Oh, not in Calif. TSX APEAL? Nope. TSX POT? You get the idea.
Okay one that some film fans might like. TSX-1138 .

but dont count on it... that type of plate wont be approved... and there wont be a space in between OSHI and TSX becuase Cali licence plates can only be 7 characters long so itll look like OSHITSX which the computer will catch

I had PIZD OFF for about 2 days. I did it over the computer, everything was a go. I then got a call from some lady that said "after further review, we are sorry to inform you that this will not work" All well, would have been cool.

. You can outgrow your license plate, and then where are you? Anyway ... you're in Northern California, n'est-ce pas? TSX 1138 will get some knowing smiles. Maybe you don't know that the main character got away in a high tech race car.
