I'm referring to the LED DRL's that are lined up like beads along the top (or bottom) of the headlight cavity.

I thought that I would be a neat and new idea to try this with a TSX. If you don't want to go to the link, look at the new Audi A4, it has the same thing. Lot's of people would call it stupid or non-original because Audi already thought of it. But does anybody think it's a feasible idea for the 06 TSX? I think it would make a neat project with a neat result. I just don't know where or what kind of LEDs to use.

Also, let me know if anyone has already accomplished this...

 

I recall someone already did this using LED strips, no idea on the what thread or if it was even on this forum.

 

yeah, several ppl have done this, and i have to say i don't really like it. it doesn't flow like the ones on the audi's, and depending on the color or how far apart each led is, it just ends up looking like you tacked on x-mas lights into your housings.

 

Oh yea, I was looking around since I posted that and decided to get the AAC halos, aka Angel Eyes instead of the LED strips. The LED strips look good on the Audi and on that c63 I posted, but I like the halos....... 8000K will look sweet. I'll post pics after install.
