How much should I be looking for for monthly payment..? as in including everything ( tax, insurance etc)..

how much downpayment is ideal? whats the lease rate right now around east coast?


I currently in Vancouver, Canada right now, and will be moving to Phillidelphia to work a couple years.. so i am thinking to lease a TSX over philly for 2 years only.. i have no contact or know anyone in philly, so i cant check with local dealers yet.. but I want to make plans ahead.. and just wondering how much does it cost in USD.

Also, well, dont think anyone has experienced this yet, but does TSX perform well in heavy snow east coast cities? (i.e. tri state)
I always though FF cars are much easier to drive in snow/slippery conditions.. is that right?


Oh ya, BTW, I am looking for a fully loaded TSX.. and not sure about if NAV is necessary in States.. so how much should I be looking for a near loaded TSX+ NAV + Auto.

BTW, I love Artic Blue!! and does it only come with black leather???

I am in MN and from what I have seen and heard, leases seem to be averaging around $350/mo (after tax) with $2,500 TOTAL due at signing.

Other states tax differently and therefore throws the payments off.

The key is to get as much off the MSRP as possible and no dealer seems to eager to do that around here at least. Right now when supply is low and demand is high, $1,000 off of MSRP would be pretty good. In 4 months, you will be able to get more. You will always get a better deal on a car that is already on the lot.

$350/month with tax sounds pretty reasonable to me..

because i dont really want to spend too much money.. .and I'm aiming at TSX right now, or something in that range.

I live in Florida and I just picked up a fully loaded TSX, Auto, Black on Black, Navi installed with Spoiler for a lease. 15K miles a year, $1500 Total out of pocket, $390 tax in per month, 48 month. I will be getting it in 2 weeks when it comes in...

I got mine in columbus OH and I'm paying $329/month with $1000 up front. The lease is for 48 months and its 15K miles a year. There was no haggling for this price either. It was the price they quoted

How does tax work in OH? I was told it was differen't. Do you get taxed on each monthly payment or do you pay it up front or sometime throughout the year?

Monthly, Sirm that is too good, I got mine through a good friend that was a Sales Manager and said nobody would come close to this price. Good luck with that.

you pay tax on a monthly basis...so with the recent increase in sales tax in OH, my payments are $350 a month.

As far as getting the price. I went on autobytel and the internet sales manager at one of columbus' two dealers gave me the price. That was the end of it. Walked in, picked out a color...and picked up my car a week later

Hey, thanks for the replay man!!

i searched on this forum about Lease topics..

i found out that.. most of the $3xx monthly payment are with 48 mon term.. and when i do a 24 month term... the amount is all around $5xx + etc etc.

So, i am wondering, what are the usual penalties if say, i lease for 36 month, and i break it at 24 month??

Also, i am looking at the 5 speed Auto trim model w/o NAV... so basically, with the stuff i want, the car cost around $27500 + etc..


Anyone on the East coast around the Tri state ? or in MA/NY/NJ/PA area? suggest a good dealer I should drop by?

Preferably in PA area dealers.
