Lack of pickup problem...

Hey guys i have an 04 TSX and i am having a pickup issue from full stop. It seems like the car is lagging to pickup from take off, and i get a slight vibration from the gas pedal as well. It seems like at high speeds the pickup seems pretty normal for the most part(although its a little hard to tell). I also hear a slight whistling noise coming from under the hood, as i am positive these two are related. AS soon as i started having this pickup problem, i started hearing this very quiet whistling noise. What can this problem be? Just to note, i changed my sparklugs less than 15k ago, and i used original honda sparklugs, so i doubt that's the issue. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

recheck your spark plug job. make sure all plugs are tight and torqued to recommended settings.

next would be to inspect engine bay to see if any pipes, vacuum hoses are disconnected

Could it be a vacuum leak?

this is what you are checking for.

I dont know, as I cant inspect your car over the internet

from your first post, your maintenance work leads me to believe something wasnt connected properly, or was accidentally forgotten.
please check your work! making sure spark plugs are tight in cylinders and that no hoses or wire harnesses are disconnected
