Just got an 06 today.....
I traded in my 03 Mitsubishi Evo 8 with 42K. They gave me a pretty good deal $30,689 OTD for 6MT with Navi. In terms of performance, it cant compare to my Evo (340 WHP). But it makes up for it in quality. Overall, I think the car is great. It's only been 5 hrs but Im ready to mod. Hondata flash tomorrow............can't wait.

Comptech is coming out with the SC for the 04's apparently in Feb. I saw it in some Comptech newsletter thing online (I think someone posted that news already though). As the year progresses they will release the 05 version etc it said. Throw one of those in your your new TSX when it is released.
Congrats,...btw.
You knew it was coming.

It's an affordable car that becomes unaffordable very quickly.

In 42k miles, I went through 3 set of tires, clutch (approx $450 labor + 400 clutch), replace brake pads, 2 front rotor (warp), multiple complete fluid change (engine, tranny, xfer case, rear diff), and if thats not all it difficult to drive slow...gas guzzler.

Did you learn to drive stick in it?
Or did you high RPM launches at every light (hence the 3 sets of tires)?

I know plenty of people who have gone through their evo clutches in well under 42k miles... in fact I thought it was kinda special to make it past 50. Like an event for celebration. Hell I know two that killed their clutch in under 10k and they were both really good drivers. (Maybe a little too good.... )
