Insurance Loaner Blues :-(
So my car is finally getting fixed after the accident that I had a few weeks ago (if your interested do a search on Beware Flying Bicycles) and now I'm pushing a 2004 Mazda 6 as my loaner. It's only been a day and I miss my car already. I've gotten too used to the features that come with the TSX. I caught myself holding down the unlock button on the FOB to try to wind down the windows to release the heat in the car, didn't work and I was left all hot and bothered. 3 and days and counting left till I get my baby back!

That's nothing. I got in an accident over 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten mine back. Just talked to the shop yesterday...they said it was all done and back together but they're waiting on new seatbelts from Acura.
In the meantime I've had a Chevy Monte Carlo, a Volvo V70 station wagon, and now a Chevy Malibu. I'd take a Mazda 6 no problem, but I understand how you feel. I miss my TSX like an old lover!

We'd both feel better back in the TSX saddle again! I've had 2 dreams now (I guess you'd call them nightmares) in which I've gotten my car back in crappy shape. I think I might need a support group based on this behavior! I've never enjoyed a car so much!
BTW, where in Delaware and Jersey? I grew up in Jersey and now live in Kennett Square.

You guys are lucky. My insurance loaner ended up being a Pontiac Grand Prix-st of Shiot (hereby referred to as the "boat"). Damned boat pissed me off and scared the crap out of my girlfriend. She told me that I swore non-stop for about 15 minutes once about the boat's mileage. Once you are used to a Honda's 4-Cylinder Fuel Diet then you hop into a GM V-6 Gurgler, you are really going to cry.
I think I drove 50-60 miles MAX or so in the boat and it burned 6 gallons of fuel. Stupid POS. I am in a Toyota Matrix right now and couldn't be happier, loaner-wise. I don't understand why anybody would actually want to PAY for a Pontiac GP-o-S. I hope those G6s they gave away on Oprah are vast improvements or those poor people are going to be poorer.
Long live HoMoCo.

I live in Newark DE and grew up in Neptune, NJ it's in the Asbury Park/Belmar area. I used to have a Pontiac Grand Am, that was a pretty cool car. Gas mileage wasn't too bad but the interior and exterior design wasn't really all that good. I feel you on the Grand Prix though, when my Prelude was in the shop a few years back I had to move that beast around town.
