I hope they asked your permission to use your car pics. I think they should give you a little something for using them if they didn't. Question would be, what could they give you?

apparently the car show that my tsx will be entering in on sun, aug 27 is co-sponsored by ssIX project and they will be paying for a full detail of my car (including engine bay). they will also be providing me with some sort of "goodie bag" and of course, a chance to walk out of there with some cash and/or prizes. wish me luck!

i prefer the look of a lowered tsx w/o any body kits.

thanks for the props everyone. i'll post pics of the show as soon as the 27th rolls around. unfortunately, my comptech titanium front strut bar (really for show purposes) won't be in by then - just found out that it's on back order. all other parts on my signature are in place, however. i got a couple blemishes on the body from when my car got stolen that are being tended to this friday. as for my ssIX project 521 wheels, i've had no problems with fitment or wheel rub. also, i beleive the wheel/tire combo is lighter than stock (no numbers to prove, but they just felt that way before i put em on). the wheels have made in japan and RH etched in them, so i knew they were legit - otherwise i would've went with some volks.

NOW IF I JUST KNEW HOW TO GET SPONSORED. I'LL TRY AND COERCE VENDORS AT THE SHOW TO HOOK SOMETHING UP ...

try checking out the "modified tsx gallery" - i believe i'm on page 3. pm me and i'll tell you more. i purchased the wheels at rz motoring, formerly racing zone.

UPDATE: I CONTACTED ssIX PROJECT ABOUT SPONSORSHIP AND IT DOESN'T SEEM ALL THAT LIKELY. ACTUALLY, THEY PULLED MY CAR OFF THEIR WEBSITE! I'M GUESSING TO AVOID LEGAL ISSUES SINCE THEY HAD PICS OF MY TSX UP THERE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

you should sue them for posting pics of your car without your knowledge

here are a few pics from the show. didn't win anything but they fully detailed my car, got some free t shirts, the FULL line of meguirs nxt car care products, as well as free food and drinks. also, you might see me at nopi at the ssIX project booth =) my fav car was easily the nsx, a couple skylines were a far second. and how could i forget, the show was some serious motivation - oem body kit and mugen air spoiler on way!
